  2. Order Processing: Orders should be placed one week in advance. We do mot accept rush orders.

  3. Delivery Times: We strive to deliver within the selected time slots; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause slight delays. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

  4. Special Requests: For specific delivery instructions, special occasions, or urgent deliveries, please contact us directly at +60 12-771 0319. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  5. Quality Assurance: All bouquets and balloon arrangements are handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 8 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue.

  6. Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
